hey folks
just got the car fixed myself after getting U0416 fault code in Tescos.
Long story short - Christmas tree on the dash HDC, DSC and all Checking bulbs noticed no brake light coming at all
next step fuses
replaced all brake related or DSC related no result
turns out brake switch behind the brake pedal is cheap plastic piece of  prone to burn on inside in case of bad assembly and not being able to close the circuit properly
in case you'd have DTC U0416 take your brake switch apart bend the pin connections enough for the circuit to close properly and off yer go again
