Bear does publicity type stuff more and Wayne does the more day 2 day stuff and covers when Bear is unable to attend, more like a job share IIRC
No PC gone mad, I'm sure a lady will be there in a few years time sure enough but i know nothing of that side of the organisation FFRR Owner, very nearly became a D3 owner
