I've never driven a D4 on 20" rims, but there's a noticeable difference between 18" and 19" rims on a D3. Guess the same might be true of 20" and 19" on the D4.
I didn't rate the ride quality of the FFRR TDV8 on 20" rims that I drove for a few days. Also hated the fact that I had to be so mindful of kerb damage.
If I ever get a D4, I'd seriously consider the 18" wheels (not LR) from Aus.

I wish my D4 had 19" and then I could fit Pirelli ATR's which I found perfect for my use
... but then I really like the look of the Landmark wheels !!!

If you like the 20" Landmark alloy you could fit 275/45x20 General AT or Cooper LTZ. Andy.

Always best to phone if you can.

Tbh ...I know I have said in the past that the "Landmark" wheels are gay,but I really love the look of them now ,just not keen on the Scorpians ,ideally I would love to have them shod with cooper LTZs as Ronp does ,problem being I have a set of four scorpians with only 1000 miles on them and can't justify laying out the money for yet another set of tyres Club Landmark(original batch

Wheels have grown on me too.. Just not looking forward to first off road sesh!
Scorpions have 10k on now.. In 5 months
Think GGs may be next.... This new variant brings a fresh, more contemporary sense of design to the latest Discovery 4 line-up. Both the Black and White models blend high-end interiors with bold, contemporary colour schemes, giving the Discovery 4 a more upmarket look. In keeping with the core appeal of the Discovery 4, this Limited Edition offers on-road refinement to match most executive saloons, the versatility of a large people carrier and unrivalled off-road capability.

errr, I don't DC, never have done .... my Landmark wheels are fitted with the original Scorpions and are sitting in storage.
I run the LTZ's on my blackened Stormers If I could think of anything intelligent, poignant or witty, I'd put it here !!!

Never seen LTZ's fitted to the Landmark wheels and fitted to a D4 though.
So not sure about the fit.
But Dunc [pointyed] has LTZ's fitted to the similar Landmark wheel but it's fitted to his D3.
Remember there's a chassis intrussion into the D4 front wheel well that isn't in Dunc's D3.
Having said that, I don't think there would be any issues - but just a point for consideration.
Now stop talking tyres and let me get back to work

if you plan to be even close to snow, forget goodyear tyres... they came standard on MY12 D4
ok, we had an extreme winter this year, but is unacceptable to get stuck in fresh snow several times...
on slippery roads the traction control works double time as well as the diffs...
traction in snow covered roads is very poor...
i took my sister D3 (my previous car), that has Dunlop winter tires, for a couple of days, and the car outperformed my D4 in similar road/snow conditions.
on dry roads the tyres seem OK (especially on highway) and did not have a chance to test them on wet roads...
there is not point to get new winter tyres, now that we will have probably one more month of snow, but first thing this spring is to get some ATRs...
